Welcome to the website of Riad Dar Razallah, a guesthouse of five suites in a quiet residential quarter of Marrakech, Morocco. This notice tells you who publishes and hosts the site, and the rules that apply when you use it.

Purpose of the site

The site presents the riad, its suites, its services, its table and its surroundings, and lets you write to the team. It does not take bookings or payments: the “Check availability” and “Book” buttons open the riad’s page on Booking.com, a service of Booking.com B.V. (Herengracht 597, 1017 CE Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Your booking is then a contract between you and the riad made through Booking.com, under Booking.com’s own terms and privacy policy.

Other platforms shown on the site (Expedia, Instagram and others) are operated by their own companies; their conditions apply as soon as you open them.

Information, prices and availability

We describe the suites, services and surroundings in good faith and update the site regularly. Photographs show the riad as it is, but may not show every detail of a particular suite. Prices, availability, taxes and cancellation conditions are those displayed on Booking.com at the moment you book; they prevail over any information on this site.

Services offered on request — airport transfers, lunch and dinner, the hammam and others — depend on availability and are confirmed by the team.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, the gazelle-and-arch logo, the graphics and the layout of this site belong to Riad Dar Razallah or are used with their authors’ permission. They are protected by Moroccan Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights and by international conventions. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission is prohibited — except for strictly private use and for sharing links to our pages.

Embedded content

Some pages show content hosted by other services: the Google Maps map of the riad’s location and videos from Instagram, YouTube or Vimeo. These players are only loaded when you reach them; their providers’ terms and privacy policies apply to them.

The site contains links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. You are welcome to link to our pages, provided the link opens our page in full, in a new window or tab, and is not presented in a misleading way.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate, available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Riad Dar Razallah cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the site, from a temporary unavailability, or from the content of the external sites it links to.

Personal data and cookies

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. How we handle the information you send us — through the contact form, for example — and your rights are explained in our Privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every page.

Applicable law

This notice and the use of the site are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers in their country of residence.
