Riads are built around an inner courtyard, cool and shaded, turned away from the noise of the street. The rooftop is where they finally open to the sky — and at Riad Dar Razallah, that is where the pool is: a green-tiled plunge pool with a zellige wall fountain, surrounded by loungers and reed parasols, above the rooftops of Marrakech.
What you will find on the roof
- A plunge pool lined with green zellige tiles, and a wall fountain
- A pool bar for fresh orange juice, mint tea and cool drinks
- Cedar loungers in the sun, and in the shade of reed parasols
- A wide view over the rooftops of the city
The best moments of the day
In the morning the roof is quiet and the water fresh — the perfect moment for a first swim before breakfast, which is included in every stay and can be served up here. In the afternoon the reed parasols give shade; at the end of the day the light turns golden over the city and the roof becomes the place for a drink before dinner.
The rooftop is where a riad opens to the sky.
After dark, the pool glows under the lanterns: a calm, quiet end to a day in the medina.
Never crowded
The riad has five suites only, so the pool always feels private. Discover the suites or everything there is to enjoy at the riad.
